Professionally managed by Petersen’s Wildlife Management, this property has been thoughtfully curated to support thriving wildlife populations, making it a premier destination for deer, turkey, and small game. This land consists of both mature and younger timber, with a diverse mix of poplar, pine, and hardwoods, as well as three strategically placed food plots planted with nutrient-rich clover and chicory, serving as prime feeding areas for wild game.
Each plot is intentionally bordered by natural cover, creating a secluded environment that enhances wildlife movement while allowing hunters to access blinds undetected. Custom-built, lockable Rutt Hutts box blinds are positioned in each plot, offering comfortable accommodations for two hunters, whether for archery or firearm pursuits. To further enrich the habitat, watering holes have been installed, and fruit-bearing wildlife trees, including crabapple, have been planted to provide additional food sources and long-term sustainability for the property’s game populations.
