A Plotstar property is a turnkey farm developed specifically for hunting and outdoor recreation that allows the new owner to instantly enjoy the farm after purchase. These farms are designed and built by Matt Petersen using the knowledge he has gathered from over 20 years of managing wildlife on his personal properties, as well as his clients' farms.

The farms are laid out for proper hunter entry/exit routes, ideal food plot locations, high-quality bedding/nesting sites, trail systems for ATV riding and game retrieval, cabin and hunt camp sites, and more. Property improvements typically include food plot creation and installation, improving soil pH and fertility, water source creation/improvement, planting of wildlife trees, timber stand improvement, trail creation, box blind installation, fire break and cabin site creation, and more.

All farms come complete with a management plan created by Matt Petersen. This includes but is not limited to current management strategies, along with future management projects to further improve the property over the years. Each landowner will also have the ability to partner with the Petersen's Wildlife Management team to help maintain the integrity of the property, as well as implement any needed future improvements.

The main goal of Plotstar Properties is to provide the buyer with a farm that is ready to hunt, just as it is.
